Introduction about Trainobment program :

• The Enormayu Trainobment Program is a unique stipend based internship program which helps students to crack their dream job.It also helps us to find new internships.

• During this course I have learnt some hidden technological facts and research based on psychological evidence which will help to easily crack any interview.

• It is really very important for any student who is aspiring to get his dream job.

• I would like to thank the whole Enormayu team for providing this opportunity to us.

Routine Challenge :

• During this course,in each session I have learnt something new which will help us to become successful in life.It has helped us to adopt good habits.

• In the first class I find out what should be the success definition for me,how can I choose my career smartly,how to measure success and start executing my work.

• Everyone knows , to become successful we should adopt some good habits,for this reason the Enormayu team has encouraged us to get up early in the morning.

• They have included this in a 21 days challenge.So everyday I wake up early in the morning and then capture some good morning views and then post this in our social media account.

• By continuously doing like this,this has become a habit of mine.It really boosted me up with positive energy and enthusiasm.

Time Management & Stress Management :

• Talking about the next session,I have learnt about the most important thing,how to manage time and stress.

• Being a student it is very important for us to manage our time properly,

• because if we will be able to manage our time properly, then we will be able to get more time in which we can do something productive.

• Enormayu taught us the best technique to manage the time,ie 80/20 principle(pareto rule).According to this rule we should do the most difficult and important work which contributes 20% of the work in the first half of the day.

• If we will be able to do that,then the next 80% of work will be done smoothly.This is the best technique that I have ever applied.

• The next difficult thing in our life is,how to manage stress.For any  professional worker it is very much essential to manage stress.

• If he will be able to manage his stress,then it will not hinder his personal and professional life,otherwise his downfall will be started.For this purpose,we have to maintain a few other things also.

• We have to maintain a proper sleep cycle,keep a balance among our mental health,emotional health and social health.

• All these tips are explained very efficiently by our trainobment mentor.By applying this in my life I feel like more productive and eliminating any obstacle from my career path.

 

Passion Factor :

• In this course I have discovered my passion.Before I was not able to discover my passion,but by going through several questions provided by Enormoyu Team,I was able to find out my passion.

• It's true that if we are following our passion then no one can stop us from getting the success.If passion becomes our career goal then success is ours.

• I discovered that coding is my passion,which I'll never be tired off doing.

• According to the instructions given by Enormayu I found out some time to follow my passion.It is really very fruitful.

Website Building & Video Resume Experience :

• Let us come to the assignment part.The first assignment which was given to us,is video resume.How to make a video resume of your own.

• I was not aware of the video resume.This was very much interesting,because in this I had to choose an animated character for myself,then I had made her different gestures such as sitting,speaking,introducing etc.

• I had enjoyed this very much.For this video resume first of all I had to make a script,to execute this within one minute.

• Within one minute I had to mention my introduction,experience summary,conclusion.I had given proper music for this.

• After this we participated in a video resume contest.According to the number of likes and no of views top performers were announced.

• The next assignment was personal website building.It was about to brand our profile.I had never built a website of my own.I was very excited for this.

• For this I had defined my objective first then I had chosen the fine template for me,then I had added elements for my site.It was the best experience I have ever had.

Advance Hiring Technology :

• In the upcoming sessions I had learnt about the advanced hiring technology.It was an AI based recruitment process.

• The session was important.I had learnt about ARALTICS rule which stands for Attributes,Role Related,Accomplishment,Leadership,Tech Skills,Interest and Passion,Curiosity and Soft Skills.

• In this session I had learnt about ATS compliance resume rules and learnt how to prepare infographic resume for me.

Aptitude Session :

• The next session was reserved for aptitude.This aptitude session continued for two days.

• In these two days basic aptitude questions were discussed.

• After that we had different quizzes round.It was the best and interesting part of this session.We got points on the basis of how many questions we had answered correctly.

• I enjoyed this a lot.It was very important for all of us to crack any interview,through this the

• The interviewer checks our thinking power,logical ability.

Psychology of hiring manager & dealing with levels of manager :

• The next very important thing which I had learnt was how to understand the psychology of the interviewer.In job interviews the psychology and designation of the interviewer plays an important  role.

• This is the most important secret which was shared to us by the Enormayu team.This will really help us in future to crack any interview.

• The main tip was to create a bond with the interviewer.What we have to do when the interviewer will be one level higher executive,same level executive,two or more level executive manager,we have learnt through this session.

• These were very important.We have also learnt the important tips which will be done just one day before the interview.This will be very helpful in our future.

Guest Lecture :

• The most important session organised by Enormayu was the guest lecture session.In that session our chief guest was Mr Muralidharan R Nair Sir.

• He inspired us with his experience and wonderful thoughts about how to have a clear vision in life.The session was very useful for us to improve our skills.

• His success story gave us a lot of information and strength to face any kind of situations in professional life and to achieve success.We were inspired by his meaningful words.

• Indeed it was a good session.I feel privileged to be a part of such an organisation which gave us an opportunity to attend a session with a highly experienced person.

Team Work & Pride of Team lead :

• During this session I got a chance to work in a team.It was a wonderful experience.

• The most important thing which I had learnt is coordination,which is very important among the team members to work in a team.

• We all were divided into several teams.As a team we had performed SWOT analysis.

• It was full of fun.All the teammates were very cooperative

• .I had also got a chance to become the team leader.I had learnt what are the responsibilities that a team lead always carries.

• As a team we all finished our task in time.I was so glad that I had successfully completed my task.

Skills I have Learnt :

• This course really helped me to improve my soft skills.

• During this we had given a chance to speak among the public to reduce the fear within us.

• This helps me to improve my communication skills and also negotiation skills.

• I had also learnt time management skills.This Will help me to boost up my career.

Overall Outcome of this program :

• The main objective of this program is to eliminate unemployment.

• The overall outcome of this program is that it will help us to find internships or career assistance.

• It also helps us to find our dream job,to sustain and upgrade our career.It helps us to stay productive,and provides us opportunity to work along with top MNC's.
